Sorry you had some issues with the voicethread technology at first. It can be annoying to use at times. It ended up well done though and you made some good points about the design flaws of the backpack. My friends are always giving me a hard time because I'll be digging around in my purse forever trying to find my cell phone, which by the time I find it, stops ringing. Maybe if designers thought about making the inside of the purse a different color with different compartments,instead of a black hole, I wouldn't have that problem...maybe.
